This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) addresses how Ohio Laser, LLC (“Ohio Laser,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, uses, and shares the information it collects when you visit (the “Website”).  References in this Policy to “you” or “your” is intended to reference the individual visitor or user of the Website.  Please see the “Contact Us” section of this Policy should you have any questions about this Policy. 


What Information Does Ohio Laser Collect?

The information that we collect from you depends upon your interactions with us.  In the event that you choose to click the “Contact Us” button on our Website, you will be re-directed to another page on our Website that contains an online form.  Our online form will ask for your name, email address, job title, company name, phone number, street address, city, zip code, country, details about your project, and we will ask you to verify that you are a real person through the reCAPTCHA service (collectively, “General Contact Information”).  Out of the foregoing fields, your name, email address, company name, phone number, details about your project, and the reCAPTCHA service verification, are the only fields that are mandatory for you to complete so that you may submit the form to us. 

At the bottom of each page that comprises our Website is a section where you may submit your question to us via a web form.  The form asks for your name, email address, phone number, any file attachment that you desire to send to us in connection with your question, the contents of your message, and we will request that you verify that you are a real person using the reCAPTCHA service (collectively, “Web Inquiry Information”).  Only the fields requesting your name, email address, message, and the reCAPTCHA verification information are required in order for you to submit your request to us. 

If you determine that you would like to “Request a Quote” using the functionality that is available throughout our Website, we will collect your name, email address, job title, company name, phone number, any file attachment, street address, city, state, zip code, country, subject line, content of your message describing the project and verification using the reCAPTCHA service (collectively “Quote Information”).  Your name, email address, company, phone number, the contents of your message, and reCAPTCHA verification fields are required for you to submit the web form to us. 

In the event that you choose to contact us with written correspondence, by telephone, or via email, we will collect your name, address, telephone number, company name, job title, and any other information that you choose to provide us in connection with your inquiry (collectively, “General Inquiry Information”).

How Does Ohio Laser Use the Information it Collects?

If you choose to engage us for a project, depending upon the manner in which you contacted us we will use your General Contact Information, Web Inquiry Information, Quote Information, or General Inquiry Information to set you or your business up as a customer.  At that time, we will collect additional information from including a billing address and information regarding the payment method you will use to pay us for the goods or services that we provide you.
