Tube Laser Cutting

Jumbo Tube Laser Cutting
Our Mazak Jumbo Tube Laser expands our tube cutting profiles up to 16" OD round tube, 12" square and rectangular tubing, up to 1/4" wall thickness. The FG NEO-400 processes material up to 41' in length and features a 4-chuck clamping system, tapping and flow drill capacity, and beam shaping.

Tube Bending
Our AMOB e100 10 axis all electric CNC tube bending cell is state of the art to deliver precision, flexibility and repeatability in tube bent parts production. With the machines multi-stack capacity, all electric 10-axis mandrel and rotary it can process a tube thickness up to 1/4", round tube up to 4", square tube up to 2.75", rectangular tube up to 3" x 2.5".

Welding
