High-Power Fiber Lasers
Our fiber lasers, with up to 24,000 watts of power, generate a shorter wavelength beam that is absorbed more efficiently by metals compared to traditional CO2 lasers.
Large Bed Sizes
We offer bed sizes of 60” x 120” and 80” x 160”, both equipped with over/under pallet changers for increased efficiency.
Automated Systems
We utilize STOPA storage towers along with automated load/unload at each machine to maximize material storage efficiency.
We lend engineering expertise to support projects by providing drawing recommendations or modifications for part, component, or assembly efficiency.

- Capable of ultra-high-speed fly cutting technology, allowing us to quickly add perforation patterns to a part without the need for expensive punch press tooling (limited to 14 gauge and under thicknesses)

- All materials can unloaded inside our building to keep your materials clean and corrosion free

- Capable of ultra-high-speed cutting utilizing fly cutting technology for round, square, rectangular or other specialty shaped holes and slots (limited to 14 gage and under thicknesses).
