Our Capabilities
- Capacity from 36 to 250 tons
- High speed electric/hydraulic rams for quick bending times
- Angle Controlled Bending (ACB) using either laser or hard tooling sensors. ACB compensates for variations in thickness, grain direction and material tensile strength so bend angles are more accurate and consistent
- All brakes are CNC controlled and networked for maximum flexibility, setup, and repeatability
- Independent 6 Axis back gauges for maximum flexibility
- Up to 13-foot bending length
- Extended stroke capacity to 14 inches for deep box/part bending
- Ergonomic lift assists for larger parts and helps increase part accuracy
- Stage bending for increase productivity on complex parts
- Lower bed die shifting for hemming and other operations in one setup
- Automated die bed crowning for better accuracy
